Opentree are pleased to announce that on the 17th May 2015 the WS Atkins Qatar Planning & Integration Consultant Project, rolled out Cabinet to manage all their incoming and outgoing documentation and correspondence, as well as automating a number of their business processes. This 120 seat Cabinet system rolled with 322,395 documents, migrated by Opentree from their existing Windows folder structure (including associated metadata from corresponding Excel spreadsheets).
Cabinet Administration Course:
Opentree delivered a 1 day on-site Administration course and a 1 hour Champion training course. Administrators then developed and delivered their own tailored 1 hour user training course to over 100 users. Opentree have worked closely with the Atkins project delivery team to enable them to take ownership of their Cabinet system, as well as ensure a successful roll out. As a result, a strong working partnership has already been established, one both parties are sure will continue for many years to come.
